2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud.

3. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days. Shipping delays caused by carriers or weather are out of our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns. However, we offer refunds within 30 days of purchase if you’re unsatisfied with your product. Please contact support@deadwakedetailing.com with your order number and issue.

5. Product Use & Safety

Always follow instructions on product labels. Dead Wake Detailing is not responsible for misuse, improper storage, or damage caused by applying products to inappropriate surfaces.
